Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Timesheet Buddy, you agree to
these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the
platform.

What We Provide

Timesheet Buddy is a timesheet and work-logging platform. You
can log work entries, generate timesheet reports, and
optionally connect third-party tools like Slack. We may add,
modify, or remove features at any time.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials
secure. The information you provide (name, organization,
client names) is used to populate your timesheets — we do
not verify its accuracy. If you suspect unauthorized access,
contact us at support@tsbuddy.pro.

What We Guarantee

Timesheet Buddy computes work hours based on your logged
entries and calendar settings (holidays, vacations, days
off). We guarantee the accuracy of these computations. The
content of your timesheets (names, descriptions) reflects
whatever you entered.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation
  of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other
  users' data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its
  infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the
  source code of the platform.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to Timesheet
Buddy. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license
to store, process, and display your data solely to provide
the service. See our Privacy Policy (/privacy) for details on
how we handle your information.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Timesheet Buddy available and reliable, but we
do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may
perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect
availability.

Limitation of Liability

Timesheet Buddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any
kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by
law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

You may stop using Timesheet Buddy at any time. We reserve
the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate
these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform
ceases, but you may request export or deletion of your data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be
posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of
the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
